STEAL HER STYLE.. CELEBRITY STYLE ON A BUDGET..

Do you ever look at your wardrobe and just stare at it blankly, not knowing what to wear, feeling it's all a bit meh..?

I've been having a huge clearout, mostly because a lot of things are too big or just unworn, but in trying to sell them, I've been looking for photos of celebrities wearing something similar.

Often the pictures were of people who inspired me to buy something in the first place, but in some cases, I liked a celebrity photo after the fact.

Anyhow.. It's actually given me a bit of a style boost, and so inspired, I recently channelled this look from Audrey Hepburn.

With lockdown life engulfing many of us, I've been wearing the same old, same old, but found these celebrity photos have made me look at even the simplest clothes differently..

For example, a simple stripe t-shirt. An every day staple, no big deal, until I found a photo of Alexa Chung wearing something very similar to one I own..

Even pairs of jeans suddenly seem stylish when Victoria Beckham and Blogger Linda Tol wear something mirroring something you may already have in your wardrobe..

Work trousers, a pair of culottes, even a leather look skirt regain some attention when you steal tips from Natalie Portman's, Victoria Beckham's and Holly Willoughby's outfits..

All of the items I've shown next to the celebrity pictures are from my own wardrobe and come from UK High Street stores.

I don't believe you have to buy a designer outfit to have a stylish look, so you don't need their budget, just steal their style..
